Vortex Liquid Color

Vortex Liquid Color began supplying liquid colorants to the plastics industry as a subsidiary of the Sheboygan Paint Company. In May of 1998, Vortex became an independent company, allowing Vortex to pursue our own product development course while maintaining Sheboygan Paint Company’s 80-year tradition of superior quality and customer service.

Vortex supplies cost-effective custom colorants, formulated to precise specifications for Injection Molding and Extrusion based manufacturers.

What sets Vortex Liquid Color apart from competitors is our sophisticated milling and pre-grind processes, which translate to excellent ease of use and economy for our customers. Vortex formulates a multitude of liquid products to be compatible with specific base plastics – a unique approach in the industry which results in little or no change in the customers’ manufacturing processes.

In 2020 Vortex Liquid Color purchased by Andy Ubhi.  Mr. Ubhi has since invested in facility upgrades and new talent.
